  I have been going to this Perkins for years and my service or lack of on 02/13/17 was terrible. We waited for a high chair at least a few minutes no problem, then we get told that there were no clean cups. Fine no problem we waited for our drinks. There were three other tables sat after us and they received their drinks before us, again no problem. I ordered an unsweetened tea and there was an equate package floating in my drink. I told the waitress and there was no concern what so ever. I had at that point walked out. Then as I'm getting into my car I see the same waitress sitting down chatting with another customer. I would be concerned about who you hire to service your customers as your brand is important. I would not recommend this place to my family or friends. I'll travel to Fort Myers for food from now on.

  This restaurant is just ok. I cannot recommend it. Very very busy but food wasn't very good and the wait time was unacceptable. I was there with 3 other people and at one point I almost walked out. After being seated we had to wait at least 15 minutes before our beverages were served but the ultimate issue was a good hour longer before our food arrived. I'm sorry but nothing Perkins serves is worth waiting that long. I've been here on prior occasions and although the wait wasn't near as long the food is always just so so.

  Great food and service. Buy three get three muffins free is a wonderful way to bring the bakery home.
